Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery

The following delivery and sales conditions apply to all offers by Belgium Wine Watchers b.v.b.a. The conditions are accessible to anyone and can also be perused on our homepage. On request we will mail out a hard copy.

1. PRICES
All prices are quoted in euros, exclusive of VAT and transportation charges, unless otherwise noted.

2. PRICE CHANGES
Belgium Wine Watchers b.v.b.a. reserves the right to apply price changes at all times and to correct possible errors in the quotes. In the case where a price change relates to an order or orders placed by you, you shall be entitled to cancellation without charge.

3 AVAILABILITY
All offers by Belgium Wine Watchers b.v.b.a. are non-binding and made with the reservation of availability of the product. When a product is unexpectedly no longer in stock, we will inform you and if possible offer you an alternative. This notification is generally given by e-mail.

4. DELIVERIES ABROAD
As a Belgian company, Belgium Wine Watchers b.v.b.a. operates under Belgian law, regulations, and procedures. Where the receiver of our products does not reside in the country of dispatch, the receiver shall be liable for the possibly due sales tax or for import duties as they are in force in the country of receipt.

5. PAYMENT
Belgium Wine Watchers b.v.b.a. ships on conditions of cash on delivery or on the basis of advance payment. For our regular customers there exists the possibility of delivery on invoice.

6. DELIVERIES
The delivery times as stated on the website and on the order confirmation are indicative only and are not to be taken as binding. Belgium Wine Watchers b.v.b.a. shall never be held liable for possible damage that might result from delays in the delivery of the articles.

7. SHIPMENT
All our prices are exclusive of shipment and insurance costs. Belgium Wine Watchers b.v.b.a. will be glad to co-ordinate the shipment on your behalf. We will select a hauler depending on the size of your order and your (time)priority. You will receive a cost estimate for your approval prior to the shipment.

8. COMPLAINTS
If you should notice on receipt of the product that the delivered article(s) does/do not match your order, you are requested to contact us immediately by e-mail (info@belgiumwinewatchers.com) or by telephone at ++32-(0)3-2956060. We will deal with your complaints by return.

9. CANCELLATION
You are entitled to change or cancel your order within 7 days of the date it was placed without requirement of justification.

10. PERSONAL DATA
Belgium Wine Watchers b.v.b.a. guarantees that your personal data and the information you supply shall be dealt with in strict confidentiality and not be made available to third parties.

11. DISPUTES
In case of disputes, only the courts of Antwerp shall have jurisdiction. However, it is to be noted that the extent of eventual damage can never be higher than the value of the articles ordered by and delivered to you.
