Bordeaux

La Dominique's 1981 is a complex, medium-weight, nicely balanced wine, with a tight, but promising bouquet of new oak, ripe fruit, and herbal scents. Well made, this medium-bodied wine has reached full maturity, but should hold nicely in the bottle for 4-6 years. Anticipated maturity: Now. Last tasted, 2/89.
